The Burt Bacharach & Hal David Songbook
It’s about one of the greatest song-writing partnerships in popular music history. The team of Bacharach and David gave us such hits as What the World Needs Now is Love, Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head, What’s New Pussycat, Alfie and many more timeless gems. Their songs have been sung by everyone from Dionne Warwick to Austin Powers. Meet us at Toronto’s favourite cabaret club as musical theatre stars Elicia Mackenzie and Thom Allison join with top Toronto vocalists Lorraine Lawson, Lori Cullen and surprise guests for an action-packed evening when the hits keep coming. Hosted by Aliza Spiro, featuring the Burt Bacharach Orchestra with musical arrangements by Simon Spiro.
