Mathias Memmel and Natasha Fransblow take us on a musical journey to India. Country of the Taj Mahal, the Himalayas, gurus, saris and spices, India was once home to a Jewish community of 30,000. Come hear the story, melodies, and pizmonim of this exotic branch of the Jewish people.
BIO

Mathias Memmel, a graduate of the Bachelor of Music Program at U of T, is Music Director at Temple Kol Ami and St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. A Choral Scholar with Pax Christi and Orpheus Choir, Mathias has also been a member of many fine vocal ensembles.

Natasha Fransblow is a sought-after vocal coach, recitalist and music director. She is the current music director for MYOpera.
