Abi Gezunt!
Cantor David Rosen, Stella Walker

This wonderful afternoon performance humorously draws on the parallels between Yiddish Music and the synagogue. From borscht belt humour to Cantorial works, Cantor Rosen and renowned Yiddish entertainer Stella Walker will charm you as they deliver gems from the Old World to the New. With two-time Dora Award-winning musical theatre composer Waylen Miki.

David Rosen serves as Cantor of Toronto’s Beth Radom Congregation and is the current president of the Toronto Council of Hazzanim. He has performed and organized concerts throughout Canada and abroad and is the co-founder of the musical group The Honourable Menschen. Stella Walker is a singer, writer, performer, producer, painter, cantorial student and teacher. Creatively, she has done more than we could ever fit in the Jewish Music Week brochure.
