Hey, Kids! This is the Jewish Music Week show just for you! It’s a fun, interactive musical adventure with children’s entertainer and “Music for Munchkins” founder Carl Berger. Join us for this epic singalong hour of silly songs, rhymes and traditional children’s songs, all with a Jewish twist. You’ll be clapping, tapping, and loving every minute of this exciting event!
PERFORMER BIO
Carl Berger is a Juno-nominated musician who has been working with children for over 20 years. Carl has a degree in ethnomusicology and jazz piano from York University, and after singing with such groups as the Toronto Orpheus Choir and Wibijazz’n’, Carl toured the world with the award-winning vocal band Cadence. Carl has collaborated with such notable artists as Bobby McFerrin and Gordon Lightfoot. He has recorded for film and TV, including the soundtrack for the 2010 film Casino Jack starring Kevin Spacey. www.carlberger.ca
