Israeli Music Today
Evan Malach
Opening Act: The ShinShinim
This special night of Hebrew songs begins with The Shinshinim performing favourite hits from Israel’s pop artists of today. Idan Raichel and Rita, Arik Berman and Keren Peles are only some of the contemporary singers whose music is shared in this uplifting hour with our talented Shinshinim.
The main show features internationally recognized performer Evan Malach, celebrating the release of his newest album When All is One, his first double language CD. With his souldful and passionate delivery and a band of world class musicians (Rich Grossman, electric guitar; Tyler Emond, bass; jeremy Kleynhans, drums), Evan has been compared to Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young and several other rock-driven heartfelt singer songwriters. This much anticipated special Hebrew performance is not to be missed!
