Music of the Gypsies, Arabs and Jews
Featuring Grammy nominee David Buchbinder and vocalist Roula Said

Kick off JMW 2019 with music of the Gypsies, Arabs and Jews! Join David Buchbinder, Roula Said, and their JUNO-nominated high-energy band on a journey through Spain to Iraq, Serbia to Yemen, presented with a funked-up downtown Toronto vibe. They tease and illuminate the connections among these related cultures, delivering the music with moving vocals, a strong groove and virtuosic playing. It’s an international party and you’re invited!
