BIO

 

Simon Spiro is known in his native England as “The British Jazz Singer” for successfully balancing dual musical careers in Cantorial and Pop Music.  He is recognized worldwide as one of today’s top Cantors

and he has also made a mark in the pop world singing with Elton John, Faith Hill, Phil Collins, Cliff Richard and others. Simon performs internationally and currently serves as spiritual leader of The Song Shul, Toronto’s newest and most exciting synagogue. He

can also be seen weekly on Vision TV’s series Your All Time Classic Hit Parade.

Thom Allison made his Broadway debut in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. He has been nominated for more theatrical awards than space allows us to list, and he currently plays the part of Pree in the TV series KILLJOYS on the SyFy/Space channels.  He can also be seen weekly with Simon on Vision TV's series Your All Time Classic Hit Parade.  www.thomallison.com

Lorraine Lawson has been called “Canada’s Mariah Carey” by the National Post and is one of the most sought after singers and vocal coaches in Toronto. She has sung all over the world and has released three critically acclaimed jazz and pop CDs. She is currently the vocal coach for CTV’s The Launch. www.lorrainelawson.com

Elicia MacKenzie was the winner of TV's How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?, going on to star in The Sound of Music for which she received a Dora Award.  She has starred in Rock of Ages, Shrek the Musical, Cannibal the Musical, and most recently starred as Rose in the world premiere of Nicholas Lloyd Webber’s “The Little Prince.” www.eliciamackenzie.ca
